Abstract:

On April 16, 2021, a Nationwide Scientific Conference: “The shape of administrative enforcement proceedings regulations after the amendments” took place. It was held via MS Teams. It was organized by the Chair of Administrative Proceedings and Administrative Judiciary (Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław), in cooperation with the student’s research group of Administrative Proceedings. The main purpose of the conference was to discuss a wide spectrum of topics pertaining to the current shape of the regulations of administrative enforcement proceedings. The conference was attended by a distinguished group of theoreticians and practitioners representing six academic centers from all over Poland. It was also attended by representatives of self- governmental and governmental administration.
