Abstract:

The text deals with the digitization of legal instruments serving the implementation of publiclaw obligations. Due to the subject of protection, which are basic values ‒ life, health, public order ‒ in the legal system there must be tools to implement the orders and prohibitions of public law. The development of information and communication technologies makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of individual guarantees, and thus more efficiently and to a greater extent to protect goods generally regarded as valuable.
