Abstract:

The Register of Benefits is one of the tools for preventing corruption in public administration. This register is primarily used to monitor the benefits received by persons performing public functions. What is worth noting and emphasizing - its conduct in the form of ICT, is part of the postulate of e-government development. it also has the task of ensuring openness and reliability of public life and encouraging citizens to social control of public officials who came on behalf of the state: central and local government administration, administer their affairs.
