Abstract:

The civil procedural law is constantly changing due to computerization of justice. This process especially includes computerization of procedural acts taken in the civil proceedings, transforming them into electronic acts. The article presents the use of modern technology in relation to procedural acts in civil proceedings in the light of recent legislative amendments, which entered into force on the 8 September 2016. Many of its provisions relate to the issue of the electronic procedural acts, introducing substantial changes especially in the field of pleadings, services of a writ, evidence collection, court sessions and judgments, which are analyzed in this article.
