Abstract:

This article introduces the concept of digital accessibility from two perspectives, i.e. copyright law and digital accessibility law. On the one hand, the author presents the legal norms that make up the copyright law regarding fair use of works by people with disabilities. On the other hand, the author shows the technical standard WCAG 2.1 as the foundation of the right to digital accessibility of public administration websites and mobile applications.
