Abstract:

Enforceability constitutes a construction element of the duty. Enforceability of the duty is a feature of administrative duty which allows the creditor to demand from the liable party to perform the duty and, in the case of rejection, to appeal to an execution body to have execution enforcement applied. Enforceability is associated with the substance of act with which the act can and should be executed. Enforceability of the administrative-legal duty is necessary execution condition.
