Abstract:

The aim of the present study is to point out specification of a very complex system of information in health protection within which there is processing of data. Firstly, the issue concerns data of which common and unconditional sharing is a social benefit and the data may be used for different purposes, not necessarily for the one that system has been built. Secondly, this data has to be protected because it is personal data, including data of special category.
