Title:

Prison systems in selected Asian countries

Abstract:

The purpose of this science paper is to describe penal systems in selected Asian countries. It will include comparison dynamics of the population of the convicted persons, according to Chinese and Japanese countries: the country with the largest prison population and the country where it has been noted decreased number of Convicts. What is more, this paper will attempt to try to show imprisonment including problems facing those countries. All in all, it will compare statistics according to actual data of those two penal systems published by "World Prison Brief”.
