Abstract:

In the paper the author presents the issue of additional renumeration for co-creators and performers due to the use of their audiovisual creation. This law has a fundamental meaning for film co-creators, because it gives them inalienable renumeration rights for making a creative contribution of an audiovisual work, despite transferring its rights to a producer. Furthermore, this institution is an expression of equal treatment of co-creators. The term of audiovisual creation and its forms and the role of corporate management organization in distributing renumeration have been viewed with special care. The author tries to evaluate this role based on the activity of the Union of Audiovisual Authors and Producers (ZAPA).
