Abstract:

The article refers to the problems of regulation of art. 5 and art. 6 clause 1 point 5 in the Law of Entrepreneurs. They are a kind of regulatory novelty. The issues of the legal structure of the institutions regulated in these articles, as well as their significance for the legal system, have been particularly analysed. At the same time, the needs of necessary changes and corrections were pointed out so that the adopted solutions properly served the purposes for which they were established.
