Abstract:

The Act of 6 March 2018 — Law of Entrepreneurs, contains a wide catalogue of provisions, mainly procedural in nature, referring to the general principles regulated in the Code of Administrative Procedure, treated as a model of “good administration”. The legal principles included in the Law of Entrepreneurs concerning the operation of public administration have awider scope of application than the matters of undertaking, conducting and terminating economic activity. They can be regarded as general (procedural) principles, i.e. important for the entire order of public economic law, not only in the sphere of state tasks related to undertaking, conducting and terminating economic activity.
