Abstract:

This paperwork is a continuation of article titled „Formation and construction of the stabilizing expenditure rule” which explains notion of expenditure rule and describes original construction of stabilizing expenditure rule. This paperwork presents functioning above mentioned rule in the years 2015-2018. In addition, all construction changes implemented after enacting the original rule are profoundly explained. At the end of the paperwork, stabilizing expenditure rule is subjected to complex assessment in two aspects; as the regulation that should implement legal standards coming from EU legislation; as the tool used to maintain fiscal sustainability.
