Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to present the institution of entrusting the processing of personal data in the light of regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27.4.2016, in the matter of protection of natural persons in regard to processing of personal data and free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), which has been regulated in article 28. Directive specifies requirements regarding election of an entity to process data on request, and also obligatory elements of a contract, or another legal instrument, which would regulate the institution in question of entrusting the processing of personal data.
