Abstract:

This article discusses image merchandising. The authors refer to the doctrine of Polish copyright law and judicial decisions, using foreign sources. They attempt to answer the question of who is the administrator for the commercial use of the stage mask, i.e. a character created by an actor for marketing purposes of certain goods and services.
