Abstract:

The top management, consisting of a small group of people, is responsible for the overall management of the organization. Managers have a large role in the system of organizational decision making. The leader must be the one who manages the events and makes decisions regarding the location of financial resources, the allocation of material resources and the distribution of human resources. It must also act as a link between the interior of the organization and the company management. The informational role is associated with the need to create and use mutual networks inside as well as outside the organization. The need for the company to take care of its competitive environment, the market and the appropriate position on it is declared by most managers.
