Abstract:

On 28 November 2014 Polish parliament passed an act amending the Commercial Companies Code and introducing new Internet templates in commercial companies law. Solutions included in the act do not constitute the logical, systematic or organized changes. They are mainly of incidental character and are often contradictory to the principles of commercial companies law. These random, unconsidered efforts, ruin the verified model of conducting business activity in a form of commercial companies.
