Abstract:

The article concerns the issue of the future of legal professionals, especially attorneys, in Poland.The conclusion of the article is that attorneys of the future willing to keep their competitiveness should develop their activities in the direction of specialization, such as specialization in commercial and company law. Furthermore, the article describes the scope and area of such future specialization.
