Abstract:

The article aims to identify and clarify the fundamental types of administration in the European Union. The analysis offers a closer examination of the discussed phenomenon, as well as identifies some obstacles on the road to creating a European administrative space European administrative system which at the current stage of a European administrative integration is still more of a model describing hypothetical administrative future than an already existing administrative presence.
