Abstract:

Leadership is one of the most important aspects in the studies of organizations and management. It is the most significant factor leading to the success of an organization. Through empirical research, it has been determined how leadership is perceived in an organization and what characteristics of leaders — managers of the companies — are the most important, testify to the effective managing and constitute guarantees of success.
