Abstract:

The paper presents the issue of the nature and role of the resolutions of the Supreme Administrative Court, especially at the stage of applying the law. The position and powers of the Supreme Administrative Court to adopt resolutions aimed at clarifying those legal provisions whose application cause discrepancies in the jurisprudence of administrative courts were presented. At the same time, reflections were made on their law-making role.
