Abstract:

The monograph presents provisions implementing legal protection in civil proceedings. The following issues were discussed in the paper: The presiding judge’s diuties in relation to hearing preparation; Separate proceedings in commercial cases; Evidence contracts in polish economic proceedings and arbitral proceedings; Problem of the cumulation of expert and witness' proceeding roles; Preservation of evidence in civil proceedings; Implementation of the principle of the principle of the good of the child in guardianship matters regarding contact with the child; Discontinuance of executory proceedings ex officio; The issue of costs necessary for intentional execution; General principles of restructuring proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings; Bankruptcy of the employer; Non-existent resolutions and their appeals in capital companies on the example of a limited liability company; Informational prospect as a subject of developer’s obligation to provide pre-contractual information.
