The legal nature of a ban on participation in subsequent mass events in the case law of administrative courts

In this article, the author seeks to establish the normative nature of a ban on participation in subsequent mass events, taking into account the rulings of Polish administrative courts issued in this respect and the views of legal commentators. The undertaken considerations is accompanied by the question whether the explicit legal nature of the club ban may affect the legal situation of participants and organizers of mass events. In an attempt to clarify the above doubts, it is analyzed in the article the legal subjectivity of the mass event organizer as the law entity issuing the club ban. The author also analyzes the views of law commentators regarding the perception of the club ban in terms of administrative sanction.
