Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to present the citation law on the historical-legal background. The subject of interest is the law in Poland during the partitions, the regulation from the interwar period and the legal order that occurred after 1945. In particular sections of the paper, the author seeks to address the solutions presently in this field.
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie prawa cytatu na tle historyczno-prawnym. Przedmiotem zainteresowania jest prawo w Polsce podczas rozbiorów, regulacja z okresu dwudziestolecia międzywojennego oraz porządek prawny występujący po 1945 r. W poszczególnych częściach pracy autor stara się odnosić do rozwiązań występujących w tym zakresie obecnie.
