Abstract:

The article deals with the issue of informational prospect as a document which aim is to provide the future purchaser of residential premises with proper details concerning the investment and the developer responsible for it. The author paid particular attention to analyze the regulation imposing on developers this kind of pre-contractual obligation and present conclusions drawn from comparison of the text of the law with doctrinal views and common practice.
