The constitutional principle of citizens' trust in state bodies and an attempt to implement it in the provisions of the Entrepreneur's Law – Act of March 6, 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 646)

The article describes genesis of the principle of a democratic rule of law in Europe and Poland. The introductory sections provide a historical background for the emergence of the idea of the rule of law. It is associated with the principle of citizens' trust in authority, which was presented as part of the modern Polish system. Next implementations of this principle in Polish administrative law are described. The purpose is to identify and attempt to assess the implementation of this principle in changes in Polish business law after 2015. The following sections describes the implementation of the rule of law rule in Polish administrative law. Based on the content of the act on the law of entrepreneurs, and administrative court judgments concerning it, the author presents these legal changes and their place in the Polish legal system
