Abstract:

The development of social and civic dialogue, as well as the realization of principle of partnership, constitute the response to growing globalization in economic relations and new phenomenons of social exclusion. Dialogue and partnership are contemporarily very important instruments: on one hand the enable reaching wide consensus around the values and issues fundamental for countries and citizens, and on the other hand they foster the increasing of social cohesion in the field of social inclusion
