Abstract:

The article addresses the quality of communication in e-learning. The terms of communication and e-learning have been discussed. The publication presents communication in e-education in the relations of the student–teacher. There was an analysis of the pros and cons of e-learning during communication. Communication and communication skills are still challenging for distance training creators. E-learning through its limitations and imperfections should be a complementary method of traditional school teaching, as the creation of communication skills through e-learning is very difficult and there is no idea to develop them distance.  

W artykule poruszono tematykę jakości komunikacji w e-learningu. Zostały omówione pojęcia komunikacji i e-learningu. Publikacja przedstawia komunikację w e-edukacji w relacjach uczeń–nauczyciel. Dokonano analizy wad i zalet e-edukacji podczas porozumiewania się. Zagadnienia komunikacji i umiejętności komunikacyjnych nadal są wyzwaniem dla twórców szkoleń na odległość. E-learning, ze względu na swoje ograniczenia i niedoskonałości, powinien zostać metodą uzupełniającą tradycyjne nauczanie w szkołach, ponieważ tworzenie kompetencji komunikacyjnych poprzez e-nauczanie jest bardzo utrudnione i obecnie brakuje pomysłów na rozwijanie ich poprzez odległość.
