Abstract:

The author of the article conducts the problems of reprivatization and the functioning of the Regulatory Commission for the property of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church. To this end, the author discusses the existing concepts related to the adoption of a comprehensive reprivatisation act and the assumptions that should guide it. In addition, it examines the legal basis for the creation of the Regulatory Committee and the legal nature of its decisions. Decisions of the Regulatory Commission designated to conduct regulatory proceedings and of the common courts, which have a significant impact on the reclamation of the property of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church, are also cited
