The title of the volume is not accidental. In-depth reflection on various areas of law is needed. There are many legal problems that are socially important. The legal system should follow the changing social reality. The legal system should respond to the challenges of modern times. The aim of the volume is to analyze current problems of jurisprudence, assess the existing legal status and identify legal changes. The considerations are interdisciplinary.They combine public law and private law.
