Abstract:

The purpose of the publication is to show the institution of property security in fiscal penal proceedings. In this context, the author shows, inter alia, the essence and objectives of property security, analyzes the regulations concerning this institution, presents interpretation problems and views of doctrine and case law on contentious issues.
