Abstract:

The content of parental authority consists of: childcare, management of the child’s property and representation. The first element includes upbringing and managing the child. In regard to the management of the child’s property, there is the division into activities falling within the scope of ordinary management and activities exceeding the scope of ordinary management. The statutory representation serves as a servant to the others.
