Abstract:

The paper presents the analysis of a receiver’s abilities of acting in court proceedings concerning alimony claims against a bankrupt. In order to evaluate proposed amendments of bankruptcy law in the article I revieved the institution of auxiliary intervention, current legal provisions regarding vindication of the alimony received form a bankrupt, and legal comments based on derogated provisions.
