Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to draw attention to the design of changes in family and guardianship law, which are to improve adjudication in the field of maintenance, strengthen the protection of children and families and improve the efficiency of enforcement of court judgments. The article in a synthetic way describes the most important assumptions of family law reform planned by the project promoter.
