Abstract:

Obvious interest arises about Angloamerican legal thoughts. Common Law is the most spectacular event in a variety that controls the economic, power and status. It sounds like a political truism, but it adds some critical reasoning in the note of justification. It’s dealing here with an object that developed on the borderlines of the science of morality and political science. Therefore, it raises a special interest in his versatility and an important type of interdisciplinary.
