Abstract:

The article presents the preliminary ruling procedure in the context of its functioning in polish civil courts. The author discusses a.i. the issue of civil courts entitled to submit preliminary rulings, indicates in what situations civil courts can or are obliged to submit an application, as well as discusses the elements of polish civil procedure related to this EU procedure.
