Duty of alimony and support obligations between spouses

Abstract:

The subject of this article is the issue of qualification of care for the family obligation which is the content of art. 27 The Family and Guardianship Code as a duty of alimony or as just a support obligation. The author considers just obligation between spouses and focuses on comparison with an alimony obligation. The text presents of main views expressed in Polish legal writings and the review of Polish judicature in this question.
