Abstract:

Presented article considers legal status of court bailiff from reform introduced in statute of court bailiff from 22 March 2018. Raised issues primarily relate to rights given to court bailiffs by this regulation, i.e. right to rest, right to justified absence. Considerations of presented article aim to present to the reader doubts and inaccuracy introduced to those terms by polish legislation.
