Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to present the organization and operating procedures of the institutions which are not widely recognized as traditional legislative, executive or judicial authorities. The three branches of government have been a subject of extensive and well-documented analysis in European legal culture. Authors of the articles are focusing on those institutions which are worth studying closely due to their specific organizational structure, competences and modus operandi which differ significantly from the well-known state authorities.
