Abstract:

Economic and technological development has an influence on the private sphere of individuals, in particular, the processing of their personal data. The provisions implement complex tools for the protection of personal data, including legal measures to protect personal data. The subject of this protection is the natural person to whom the data pertains. The protection partly requires the initiative of this person and partly the initiative by other entities.
