Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to present some problematic issues connected with bank account agreement. The author sees the scale of this civil contract’s occurrence and she presents the selected problems associated with economic circulation. The author expresses the critical opinion on legal solutions in that matter. The frames of this article are founded on analysis of the questionable issues connected with trader’s obligation to have bank account, the segmentation of bank account agreements’ legal regulation and chosen execution problems
