Wydział Prawa, Administracji i Ekonomii Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego N2 - For more than twenty years, the area of transgenic crops and the production of genetically modified food in the developing countries of Asia, South America and Africa (Argentina, Brazil, India, China, Paraguay, Pakistan, South Africa, Uruguay) and in the industrialized countries, USA, Canada, Australia, Spain and Portugal have been growing. There are new varieties of genetically modified plants, e.g. soy, maize, potato, rice, canola, cotton, which have different characteristics. The placing on the market of GMOs requires complying with the conditions set by international organizations and individual countries. There are opposing positions regarding the impact of transgenic organisms on the environment, life and health of people. This is due to the unpredictable effects of the introduction of GMOs and hence there is a belief in the positive impacts and benefits of genetic modifications as well as the conviction of a serious threat from such organisms. The decisive factors in the resolution of these controversies are reliably carried out and long-term scientific research and their results L1 - http://repozytorium.uni.wroc.pl/Content/99741/PDF/02_04_T_Korbutowicz_Zywnosc_genetycznie_modyfikowana_na_swiecie.pdf CY - Wrocław L2 - http://repozytorium.uni.wroc.pl/Content/99741 PY - 2019 KW - genetically modified food KW - safety of transgenic organisms KW - commercialization of GM organisms T1 - Żywność genetycznie modyfikowana na świecie – zagrożenia czy korzyści UR - http://repozytorium.uni.wroc.pl/dlibra/publication/edition/99741 ER -
