She also considers the extent to which the court enforcement officers themselves have the impact on the increase in disciplinary proceedings, and to what extent they bear the consequences of ill-considered legislative changes. To present the title issue, except for to discussing the grounds for discontinuing enforcement proceedings due to the creditor’s inactivity (Civil Procedure Code Art.824 § 1 point 4) and at his request (Civil Procedure Code Art.825 point 1) in the previous and binding legal status and related costs, the article additionally summarizes the court enforcement officer’s actions with unreasonable delay with the excessive length of the proceedings.
