Beck N2 - The purpose of the present article is a theoretical and practical presentation of control and pre-control activities by virtue of article 379 of the act of 27 April 2001 – environmental law, with the use of the unmanned aerial vehicle. Moreover, the author analyzes the current legal ground within the subject scope and describes a comparison of using new technologies in the process of quality control of combustion – and the quality of air in Poland. For the author, a practical source of the topic is empirical research conducted in the municipality of Twardogóra – the first unit of a municipal government in the Lower Silesia Province which uses unmanned aerial vehicle for a quality control process regarding combustion.
