TY - GEN A1 - Piwowarczyk, Agnieszka A2 - Borkowski, Andrzej A2 - Małecki, Witold PB - Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego N2 - The article is an analysis of issues related to the implementation of projects as part of a public–private partnership. During the period of operation of the act about PPP, only 135 agreements have been concluded in Poland. The micro, small and medium entrepreneurs sector dominates among private partners implementing PPP projects. SMEs can significantly contribute to the attractiveness of implemented projects thanks to a simple organisational structure, as well as the concentration of all company resources on one specific activity. The analysis shows that the development of PPP is directly related to the SME sector, and the increased interest of entrepreneurs in this sector in the PPP market will certainly lead to an increase in the number of projects implemented in this formula.
