In most friends are a group of individuals of mixed sex and meet „face to face” twice a week. In this period of life friendship meets primarily the function of help, intimacy and self-validation. The frequency of face-to-face meetings is positively correlated with companionship stimulation, self-validation and reliability alliance. The trust is related to the implementation of the help function, reliability alliance, self-validation and emotional security. The study found no connection between trust and companionship stimulation or intimacy.
