 abstract={The present thesis focuses on presenting a profile of the average convict, sentenced for crimes committed due to disorders of sexual preference and imprisoned for a custodial sentence on account of commitment to this crime. The presentation is based on the empirical research, which was carried out on the files of 30 convicts in Oleśnica Penitentiary. Moreover, the subject of analysis are also issues related to the executions of a custodial sentence towards those condemned. The test shall be treated as a pilot and partial. Towards the complex nature of the issue, there is a need for a further study and research-based also on the other scientific discipline, mainly on psychology, psychiatry and forensic sexology.},
