 abstract={The article considers the necessity of using a multitude of methods in the law analysis process, using the so-called holistic paradigm. From the variety of possible perspectives, for the purposes of the article, three methods were selected, according to the author’s opinion, the most useful for the analysis of the issue of ineffectiveness of law. These include economic law analysis, methods of analysis used in cognitive psychology and the sociological method that binds them together. This text is a prolegomena for a detailed examination of the ineffectiveness of instruments of civil procedure, including alternative dispute resolution methods in particular.},
