 abstract={The right to court is the basic and most commonly used guarantee measure to protect the freedom and rights of the individual. Barratry means an extreme abuse of the right to court, which leads to prolonged proceedings, increases the costs of court actions and violate a public orders. Barratry has many sources, manifestations and consequences. The qualification of certain behaviors as fulfilling the criteria of barratry must be very careful and each case must be considered individually in this respect.},
