 abstract={It has always been known that political and economic goals in personal, social and international relationships may be fulfilled not only through war but also negotiation. This solution is both safer and less costly. Although subjects of negotiation have been changing over the centuries, its essence remained the same. Currently, high tensions in international relations and efforts of some countries and extremist groups to bring down the existing world order and replace it with a new one, unfavourable for the West, decrease the opportunities of using negotiations as a political instrument. Yet, they do not compromise all the chances in this area.},
