The author focuses not only on the test of a voluntary and indisputable consent to the International Court of Justice jurisdiction as interpreted in this decision. She analyses subsequent evolution of forum prorogatum caused by the review of the Rules of the Court in 1978 and by the decision taken in Djibouti v. France case and pending Marhall Islands’ Nuclear Zero case.
